The apple of my eye and affectionately known as "Turkey Lips." Dandan knows he belongs on that pedestal. Not only did he win many honors in the dog show world, he attended most of my classes thru undergraduate and vet school. By now, he should know how to be a vet too.
Cassie
Cassie did her thing in the show ring, but at home, she was the protector. I always knew when someone was at my door, which was a good thing considering some of the places I lived. Cassie was a very loyal servant, but succumbed to wobblers my third year of vet school. She can never be replaced.

Lurch
My first homegrown champion basset. Out of Cleo, my first basset and Harry, my junior showmanship dog, Lurch went on to win multiple group placements. Isn't he such a hound!?!

Toots
Rescued from a bad situation, Toots is my mouser. Even though she does not like to move, she has found her niche in every home we have lived in, including being a heating blanket when the heat was out.

Tootsie
The first pup from my own surgical semen implantation. Dad lives in Vermont and there was no way to get mom there or dad here, so using my own techniques, we successfully produced six little ones, including Tootsie.

Jayson and Julia
And the really important member, without whose support, physical and mental, her dream could not be realized - Husband, Jayson
